Erin brings a strong foundation in administrative excellence, organizational management, and client-focused service to her role at Struthers, Udeagha & Associates. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Applied Business Technology Administrative Assistant certification from Vancouver Island University, equipping her with the technical and professional skills essential for success in a dynamic financial advisory environment.

In her position, Erin manages a wide range of operational and client-service functions to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day processes. She confirms client instructions with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and record integrity. Erin’s natural attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to delivering timely support make her a valued partner to both advisors and clients. She approaches every task with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring that client needs are met with care and precision.

A long-time Rotarian, Erin has held leadership roles at both club and district levels, including Club President, District Alumni Chair, and District RYLA Chair. Her dedication to community service reflects her passion for leadership, mentorship, and making a positive impact—qualities that carry through into her professional life. 

Janet Norrie

Administrative Assistant

Janet is your first point of contact within our team to ensure your needs are met in a timely manner. She has over 20 years of administrative experience in a variety of industries. Janet started out in administrative work in the real estate field, then sought more challenges by focusing on the engineering field in nuclear, oil & gas and transit engineering, before moving on to finance.

Janet was born in Ontario where she and her husband raised their children, The family decided to relocate to the island in 2021 to be closer to family. In her spare-time she enjoys exploring all that BC has to offer both on the island and the mainland, reading, paddle boarding and gardening. When she is not working she is enjoying time with her adult children.
